We raise our cows on grass only and never use antibiotics or hormones.

We’ve been farming since 2009, and we’ve had a handful of different breeds of cows. We fell in love with the British White breed because of their calm, gentle temperament (and the flavor of their meat is an added bonus!).

British Whites date back to the 17th century. They resided in Great Britain, providing milk, meat and draft. Today, they are bred specifically for meat and if you’ve tried our beef, you’ll agree with us when we say it’s the best beef ever!

Luckily for us, this breed has the ability to marble on just grass. The texture of the meat is perfect and every bite melts in your mouth.

Our cows graze all summer long (and as far into the winter as we can allow them) on fresh green grass pastures in the Snohomish Valley. When the grass stops growing and it gets too cold, we move them into the barn where they are fed the hay we cut and bale ourselves during the summer.

We are a birth to butcher farm. We know exactly what the cows are eating and where it’s from.

We provide the best life possible for our cows so in return they provide for us.

Cows drink the equivalent of a bathtub full of water each day.

Cows spend 10-12 hours a day laying down.

Cows only require 4 hours of sleep per day.

Adult cows can eat 40 pounds of feed per day!

A cow’s gestation period is the same as humans.

Very rarely will a cow give birth to multiples. (We’ve only had one set of twins!)
